Danzo vs Orochimaru (and edo's)

Basically, Danzo is in the same situation Hiruzen was in. Danzo is trapped in the sound four's barrier with Orochimaru, and oro starts with edo's out.
They are both IC (although an IC Danzo wouldn't be in this situation, but let's just say he is.) and bloodlusted. They have all of their manga/anime feats and knowledge. No restricitons.

At the very least, I think Danzo would koto 1st Hokage to "Obey Danzo." and paralyze the 2nd w/ a seal.

2nd Scenario: They start on the same building but are not in the barrier.

If they are in the barrier, then its a simple matter of white snake neurotoxin, then taking over alllllll of those sharingans since Danzo can't reverse it like an uchiha can.

Should I make a 2nd scenario where they just start upon that same building but are not in the barrier? Or would that not make much of a difference?

It would make a slightly bigger difference but Danzo really has nothing to beat oro since Oro can LAC to avoid most of everything and since he has knowledge of what Danzo did to his arms

Tough one, mate. Guessing that these two knew each other for a pretty long time and know each others weaknesses and such. So putting them two against each other is a headbuster for me.

At the end, I would say Danzo. I have a feeling he would somehow use his Sharingan's to flip the tables on Orochimaru and his edo's. Not to metion the Wood Release he is able to use.

Danzo hasn't shown the capibility to reverse things like normal uchihas, example being his inability to reverse Sasuke's genjutsu and only being saved by the general inexperience of Sasuke and his own pre-placed bind.

Well said. But unless I'm mistaking, Orochimaru does not own a Sharingan. Give's Danzo a little bit of an advantage there.

He doesn't have to. He has a toxin gas that paralyzes and the ability to swap bodies, coupled with his knowledge of Danzo and his abilities.

Danzo, on the other hand, hasn't been shown to have any knowledge on Orochimaru, nor does he have the capibility that Oro does to sustain himself. All orochi has to do is Guerrila style, and he has got it handled.
