The most recent Naruto that was depicted in the Manga is fighting in Amegakure against all of the Akatsuki members except Tobi.

Naruto has that five minute time limit in his golden chakra cloak mode. He has to wait half an hour for it to recharge, and he is limited to 3 recharges per day.

Naruto knows all of Peins abilities and that the "real Pein" is most likely not among the bodies. Furthermore Naruto knows about Hidan's ability to transfer damage that is done to himself by using blood.

Naruto starts right outside of Amegakure, and all of the Akatsuki members start from the tower that Nagato is inside, for the sake of the battle lets say that the tower is 5 miles away from Naruto and that it is raining. The fight must remain in Amegakure and for the sake of the fight, the village was evacuated.

Finally, both sides are blood-lusted.

No chance, Akatsuki may not seem as deadly as they used to due to the increase in character powers but they're still S-Rank and Naruto would struggle against 5 let alone 12.

naruto loses it's hard enough to take one down but ten not even he could do it
plus they all have awesome fail safe jutsu
every member of the akatsuki fought someone who could take them down for whatever reason

Naruto is in his current Kyubi Bijuu Mode. What is stopping him from blitzing nearly anyone when he gets close and using his small multi-mountain buster?

Madara would gave Naruto a fight. Op states all members Madara is a member.

Nagato and six paths plus Madara? this is an over kill.

Naruto will have a very hard time with Madara alone. Madara should have been the one taking out.
