wow,itachi is strong! except for his stamina

People who posses Sharingan usually have a very low amount of stamina. And yes, Itachi is easily the strongest of the known ability Akatsuki members.

yea there fatigue is very low look at kakashi when he uses sharnigan after the battle he passes out

The reason Kakashi gets fatigued so easily is because his Sharingan is a transplant, and those who have transplanted Sharingan's stamina is dramatically reduced. Same goes for Danzo, thats why the limit on each of his eyes in Izangi is 1 minute.

Did that say the time one can use that jutsu is diff for each person, meaning each of them eyes had a diff time it could be used, but madara said Oro did something to make the time for all his eyes the same.
